TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning work from me, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms mentioned below.

1. You must provide clear credit to me when reposting/showcasing my work.
2. You must not use my work for any type of commercial use unless the drawing specifically was made for such purposes and it's been mutually agreed upon (additional charges may be applied).
3. You must not use my art for any types of cryptocurrency (EG: NFT's etc.)
4. You must not use my art for discriminatory or hateful purposes.
5. You must not use my art for bettering AI and/or similiar programms and softwares.
6. You must not claim my work as yours and you must not trace over my art without my permission.
7. Removal of my signature watermark is prohibited unless the work is made for commercial purposes and there has been previously estabilished mutual agreement for it.PAYMENT1. I begin working on commissioned piece AFTER receiving payment (EUR currency).
2. Refunds are ONLY available if I fail to deliver my side of the work.
3. Payment is processed through ko-fi/paypal, other types of payment are currently unavailable.TIME1. Commissioned piece often will be delivered within 1-3 weeks of time since the payment was received, on rare occassions waiting period can be up to a month which I will let the customer know beforehand!
2. If a specific deadline needs to be met, additional costs may be charged.PROCESS1. You may send me a message requesting to commission me. Please be specific on things you want in your art (EG: pose; colors; general theme; additional references) to ensure I provide the work as accurately to you. Artistic freedom art is available as well.
2. After agreeing on what you want, I will quote you the price and approximate wait time.
3. I will send you multiple steps of commission being made (sketch, lineart, flat colored, shaded, polished). You may ask for any major things to be fixed during sketching and lineart stages, after approval I am happy to make smaller changes during flat/shaded phase.
4. Once work is finished, you may provide your email to receive a drawing in high quality PNG or any other file format.OTHER1. I have rights to refuse your commission for personal or any other reasons.
2. I retain the rights to post the work to my own social media (EG: Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr etc.) unless client specified prior to payment they'd prefer the work not to be posted/remain anonymous.
